The 1MS310D-6B-A1, an industrial motor stator manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is engineered to generate kinetic energy for industrial production and processing machines. It works by converting incoming electric energy to create an electromagnetic field that drives motor rotation. With an operational efficiency of about 95% over seven years under normal conditions, it is designed to perform durably, featuirng a protective varnish on the winding to protect against liquid damage. The stator also incorporates an aluminum cooling jacket which maintains operational temperatures. With a rated input current of 81.0 amperes, it produces a 340-newton meter torque and 800 revolutions per minute rotor speed. Measuring 450mm long, 376mm wide, and with a weight of 86kg, it integrates directly into the motor. Its permissible operational temperature ranges from 0 to 40°C, but it can be safely stored in up to 80°C conditions.
