Indramat VAM Panels
VAM10.2 & VAM40.2
The VAM series includes machine control panels designed for standard machine tools. The VAM 10.2 and VAM 40.2 panels are equipped with 30 short-stroke keys. VAM 10.2 features a key-operated authorization switch, an emergency-off button, and rotary controls for feed and spindle override. Unlike the VAM 10.2, the VAM 40.2 does not include a key-operated authorization switch but has an on/off button. For fieldbus communication, VAM 10.2 utilizes a PROFIBUS DP-Slave interface, while VAM 10.3 and VAM 40.3, which are not detailed in function keys, use a Sercos III standard interface. VAM 40.3 also lacks the key-operated authorization switch and instead includes an on/off button, similar to VAM 40.2. These panels are optimized to provide necessary control functions and ensure safety and authorization measures within industrial settings.
VAM11.1
The VAM 11.1 panel is a more streamlined version of the VAM series, designed for controlling machinery. It features an emergency stop button, a four-stage key switch, and a keypad with 15 illuminated keys that can be customized and labeled as needed. Additionally, it has two rotary switches for adjusting feed and spindle speeds. For integration with various control and indicator units, it has seven cut-outs compatible with 22.5 mm components. On its back, the panel boasts a variety of connectivity options, including a 25-pin connector for a portable terminal, a 6-pin connector for a handwheel, and a total of 24 digital inputs and outputs, each operating at 24 volts, facilitating versatile machine interfacing and control.
