The R911263351 (1MR160N-B074/S001), a 1MR160 rotor, is a product by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, devised exclusively for use with 1MB asynchronous motors with a frame size of 160 and length "N". The rotor's construction combines a laminated core at the front and balancing rings, encased in a sleeve. For effective assembly, it is advised to heat the rotor to between 180o C and 200o C; this facilitates expansion, allowing a secure, forceless attachment to the spindle. Once assembled, the R911263351 (1MR160N-B074/S001) rotor should be balanced as per its specified vibration severity rating (DIN VDE 0530) to ensure a firm spindle connection. Stability during operation can be achieved using threaded pins on the balancing ring to keep the rotor in equilibrium.
