Its function is to translate compatible input values into corresponding power values for efficient operation of common two-phase bipolar motors. It hosts a unique set of features, including solid-state components that protect against excessive temperatures and an internal SCR latch that safeguards against short circuits. Additionally, it offers high-frequency motor current control. Programming is easy with mnemonic language combined with interactive guidance. It has a standard input current of 2.5A RMS, with a DC power supply of 35 volts, alongside a variable DC power supply mode within 12-40 volts. Output phase current ranges from 1 up to 3A with a peak voltage of 44 volts DC. Designed to be compatible with TTL/CMOS, the modular 5220 driver is user-friendly and can be efficiently mounted on the primary circuit board.
