The Pacific Scientific 6410-001-N-H-N drive from the 6410 Stepper Drives series is a lightweight (1.0 lb) microstepping drive engineered for industrial automation. It operates on an Input Power Supply Voltage of 24-75 VDC and delivers an Output Current Range of 0.625 to 5 A RMS (Max Current with Heatsink 5 A at 25°C, without heatsink 2.5 A). Featuring a nominal Chopper Frequency of 20 kHz and Digital Electronic Damping, the unit achieves high-resolution microstepping (200 to 51,200 steps/rev) with enhanced mid-band and low-speed stability. It includes optical isolation inputs, three I/O connectors (PCD ELVH0510 motor and PCD ELVH0310 power connectors, plus a 9-pin D female signal connector), and requires heatsink mounting for optimal thermal performance. Rated for operation from 0 to 50°C (chassis up to 60°C) and storage from –55 to 70°C, this drive supports step rates up to 500 kHz or 2 MHz and is ideal for vertical mounting in robotics, X-Y slides, and labeling machines.
