The B&R Automation-manufactured 8V1022.001-2 is an ACOPOS series servo drive. Featuring a three-phase AC input that operates at 400 to 480 volts AC, the drive comes with an output current and power rating of 2.2 amps and 1 kilowatt respectively. The driver includes an integrated line filter compliant with EN 61800-3, a braking resistor and an electronic secure restart inhibit. Furthermore, it has partially coated circuit boards and four slots for plug-in modules. It is certified by entities like CE, KC, FSC, and cULus and can withstand a maximum installed load of 4 kVA and line frequencies up to 60 Hertz. The driver also possesses different frequencies and protective features including overload, short-circuit and ground-fault protection. However, please note, an external 24 Volts DC power supply is required for the holding brake.
