Kollmorgen's AKD-P00306-NBCN-0000 is an Ethernet servo drive from the AKD series designed with sophisticated features to simplify and improve usage. When no DHCP server is present, it automatically has a private IP address in the 169.254.x.x format, adjustable by two rotary switches. It offers a broad position loop bandwidth, ranging from 1 to 250 Hz, and the transmission rate is adjustable via the FBUS.PARAM01 parameter. An essential safety feature includes an automatic restart during voltage dips based on pre-set parameters. The device is also equipped with a standard width housing, certified STO safety implementation function, and thermal sensors with reinforced insulation in accordance with IEC 61800-5-1 specifications. Warning triggers include an 'Er' code when the DRV.TYPE instruction fails and a heatsink warning when it exceeds more than 80 °C. It is crucial to remember that this drive must never operate without a grounding connection for safety reasons.
