The Kollmorgen AKD-P00607-NBCC-I000 servo drive, compliant with EU Italian standards, is adept at processing inputs/outputs and decision-making. Incorporating 'Safe Torque Off' according to IEC 62061 SIL 2 standards, the unit includes an internal regen resistor and has the capability to function as an adjustable digital velocity controller for 62.5 µs. It supports seven programmable digital inputs, has a manageable humidity range of 5%-85%, and measures 256 mm in height without connectors. To supply AC power, the X3 or X4 connector should be used. Normal operation in position mode triggers an o2 code on the LED display. Servicing requires a DC bus link voltage below 50 V, and the WorkBench software assists in configuration setup. The system necessitates PLC monitoring, proper shielding connections for the holding brake, and has provisions for connecting power supply, feedback devices, STO, and holding brake. Noise emission is limited to 34 dBA at a low speed fan, while maintaining high bandwidth velocity and torque loops.
