Kollmorgen's AKD-P00607-NCPN-0000 is an advanced AKD servo drive that comes with Ethernet support for expedited operation. The device, easily identifiable by its MAC address labeled on its housing, is programmed to disconnect if unable to communicate with WorkBench software. In the event of firmware download issues, the unit presents a dF code on the LED display. A unique feature of the drive is its blinking LED display that alternates on and off for 20 seconds following the activation of the WorkBench software's Blink button. The servo drive connects the motor power and feedback device at the X2 and X10 connectors respectively and shows various diagnostic codes on the LED display. The device associated parameter file and compiled program are conveniently storable on an external card reader or the PC's SD card slot. Its configuration is also achievable through rotary switches, bypassing the GUI. The servo drive employs the Safe Torque Off (STO) digital input to depower the system when given a 24 V signal, while being grounded via wires of certain colors. The device is strictly free of hazardous substances like PBT and CMR.
