The AKD-P02406-NBCC-0000 digital servo drive by Kollmorgen is an advanced position indexer which accepts digital pulse position command through electronic gearing. The device offers multiple motion commands and an easy setup facilitated by the WorkBench GUI. It has two hardware enable methods modifiable via DRV.HWNMODE parameter and incorporates an automatic fault clearance upon enablement. Controlled Stop is a feature that allows the device to stop in an organized method based on CS parameters. It also integrates an advanced dynamic braking system functioning in hardware, with DRV.DISMODE parameter enabling it through different stop categories. Its compliance with IEC 60204 specifications assigns it a Stop function. It utilizes a 24V voltage X1 connector to control its X1 input, and communicates with external encoders through digital or analog controls across various modes. Furthermore, it automatically sets current loop gain and uses software limit switches for position comparison. It supports various homing methods.
