The AKD-P02406-NBCN-0000, a digital positioning servo drive manufactured by Kollmorgen, offers CANopen connectivity. Equipped with a unique node address, the device uses WorkBench software for executing versatile motion tasks, maintains the ability to process I/Os, and can operate alongside similar drives on a shared DC bus. It features an in-built regen circuit, and an LED display that alerts with a n502 warning when not enabled. This servo drive uses an internal drv.dis command regulated through the WorkBench software, and functions according to predefined parameters and detected faults. It halts machinery operations when executing the Stop function and loses all torque with an open circuit on the STO input. With a single-channel SIL2 certified STO input, it monitors control outputs for malfunctions and meets IP 20 protective standards per the IEC 60529 guidelines. The drive may employ low-capacity cables to reduce leakage current if the STO function is not in use.
