Kollmorgen's AKD-P02407-NBPN-0000 is a non-extensible servo drive with a standard casing and a rated RMS output current rating of 24 Arms. It requires external EMC filtering conducted through shielded cables with a star point shield connection. Weidmuller KLBU shield clamps are recommended for use with this device. It allows direct cable shielding connection with shield connection clamps and grounding plates, and requires a separate, non-residential power supply for each unit connected to the same DC bus link voltage. The device uses a minimum 500mm cable length from the KCM module, and utilizes an X4 RS 422 interface for data communication. The hardware enable signal at X8 does not lead to a controlled stop, rather it turns the power stage off immediately. Finally, the device supports most standard feedback devices connected to the X10 connector.
