The AKM11B-ANC2R-00, a premium brushless servomotor, is produced by renowned industrial parts manufacturer Kollmorgen. Suited for applications demanding substantial stability and dynamics, it is fitted with a smooth-shaft, B type winding and ball bearings that offer 20,000 hours of operational longevity under rated conditions. The motor also incorporates a resolver for position feedback and is powered by sinusoidal currents from a SERVOSTAR servo amplifier. Coated in matt black enamel, it resists most solvents except trichloroethylene and nitro-thinners. Key specifications include a standstill torque of 0.18 Nm, a standstill current of 1.16 A, a maximum mains voltage of 230 VAC, a flange size of 40 mm, and standard rotor length. Safe installation necessitates low-resistance grounding to a PE busbar in the switch cabinet, and wait time until DC-link voltage drops below 40 V for safety considerations.
