The AKM23C-ANCN2-01 is a high-precision, synchronous servomotor manufactured by Kollmorgen, designed for use in industrial machine tools, packaging machines, and robots. It features a standstill torque ranging from 0.48 to 1.42Nm, a 58 flange, and should only be installed by trained technicians to prevent damage to its shaft and flange. The motor utilizes rare earth neodymium-iron-boron magnets and operates dynamically with Kollmorgen's SERVOSTAR servo amplifiers, ideal for tasks requiring accurate positioning. With an integrated, brushless design, maintenance is reduced substantially. The motor functions optimally at 1000m above sea level, in temperatures between 5 and 40 degrees, and in relative humidity up to 95% without condensation. It offers three mounting positions - IM B5, IM V1, and IM V3, though the manufacturer recommends using the IM B5 position. Its class F insulation material and DIN ISO 2373 class N vibration level ensure reliable performance. The motor's lifetime is approximately 20,000 operating hours.
