The AKM23D-BNCNR-00 from Kollmorgen is a synchronous brushless servomotor, perfect for packaging, textile machinery, machine tools, and industrial machines. This high-power motor can reach temperatures over 100°C but must cool to less than 40°C before handling. It must be installed with the provided locking thread for pulleys, gears, or couplings and, if vertically mounted, liquids kept away from the upper bearings. A compatible SERVOSTAR digital servo amplifier is necessary for use. With a torque constant of 0.52Nm/A and a voltage constant of 33.8mVmin, the motor features integrated thermal contact windings and a three-phase winding stator. Its resolver for feedback, evaluated by the servo amplifier, does not add to the motor's length. Its flange has a tolerance class of N, and the resolver has a hollow shaft and two poles. The motor delivers a winding resistance of 8.36 Ohms, a winding inductance of 17.3mH, supports a radial load of 145N and an axial load of 60N at 5,000min-1 speed; all heavy current-carrying cables must meet EN 60204 specifications.
