The AKM53K-ANCNR-00 is a high-performance servomotor crafted by Kollmorgen. Its design, devoid of a holding brake, assures superior delivery in industrial applications. This device, featuring a smooth shaft, can be raised both horizontally and vertically but mustn't be directly connected to the main power source. With protective measures against condensation during assembly, operation, storage, and transportation, it has no derating unless used above 1000m sea level, which necessitates a 10K temperature drop per 1000m. The motor is incorporated with ball bearings needing replacement after 20,000 operational hours. Equipped with a resolver feedback system and a standard construction, the servomotor offers Class F insulation and a standstill torque of 11.6 Nm and current of 9.4 A, each with a +/-10% tolerance. The motor has 10 poles and requires enough heat transfer during setup. Operation and wiring should only be undertaken by trained individuals, and it should be used with a compatible servo amplifier. Damage can occur to the shaft and bearings upon impact.
