The AKM72P-ACCNR-00 is a reliable synchronous servomotor manufactured by Kollmorgen. It can be installed in three orientations, demands a moisture-free environment around the IM V3 style mounted shaft, and endures a high radial force during drive using toothed belts or pinions. This N tolerance class motor outputs 4.49 kW at 230 VAC, without a holding brake. The device integrates a keyway shaft, ten pole pairs, and requires electrical insulation when the switch cabinet is off. You must ensure the device is correctly EMC shielded, earthed, and the motor casing and mounting plate have an established earthing connection. If the motor cable exceeds 25 meters, a motor choke is necessary. Check compliance with allowed axial and radial forces during electrical installation. Connections utilize UL-Listed cables and a 7.7 mm diameter resolver cable. For multi-axial systems, the servomotor and servo amplifier require separate commissioning. The motor will not rotate if the amplifier is blocked or not enabled.
