Constructed with 1.4404 stainless steel housing, it is compatible with food-grade couplings and optimal for sanitary operations including foodstuff cutting, filling, and packaging. The servomotor adheres to EPDM standards, comprising a specially designed O-ring. Usage protocols require cautious handling and cleaning processes; strictly with specified agents at low pressure and temperatures ranging from 40 °C to 50 °C. It is transport-sensitive and necessitates careful inspection for visible damages before operation. Despite its vulnerability during storage and assembly, following the manufacturer's guidelines guarantees unlimited storage time. It's advised to abstain from rigid coupling with external additional bearings; to prevent shaft contamination, and failure. Lastly, the stainless-steel shaft key adheres to DIN 6885 T1 Form A norms and the motor lacks a holding brake.
