The DKR 3.1-W200N-BE37-00 is a versatile 49-kg drive controller developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This sophisticated device is adept at managing the functions of mains, frameless, and linear motors. It's advisable to use it only when the recommended operating conditions have been met and the relevant safety protocol observed. The current rating of this unit stands at 200 A. It may be purchased with an integrated braking resistor, that assists in system deceleration in the event of a mains failure. An air blower and heat sink are included in the housing to dispel excessive heat. The device can be modified for specific applications by adding modules. Software holding all drive parameters resides on an EPROM, which can be transferred if module replacement is required. It's compatible with a SERCOS type command interface card. Optional auxiliary braking system features a 150 kW maximum braking energy and 1kW continuous power. Effective operation is ensured at temperatures between 5 and 45 degrees C.
