The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DKR02.1-W200N-BE37-01-FW is a top-tier drive controller renowned for its high control level and extensive speed range with seamless power output. As part of the DIAX 04 family, this intelligent digital drive system offers cost-effective, energy-saving solutions for varying motion control systems. With an IP20 protection rating, it's shielded from 12.5mm solid particles but isn't liquid-resistant, hence requiring control cabinet installation. Operating at a rated voltage of AC 400 - 480 V (50/60 Hz), it delivers continuous current of 200A while dissipating 1000W of heat via its inbuilt blower unit. This model functions optimally at maximum temperature of +45°C and at altitudes of up to 1000 meters. Depending on the switching frequency, it generates 47 kW to 37 kW power at continuous currents ranging from 120A to 95A while regenerating 37 kW power continuously. Weighing around 104 kg (plus a 1.7 kg mounting kit), it utilizes a SERCOS interface for command communication along with digital servo and resolver feedback for motor feedback.
