The DKR02.1-W200N-BE56-01-FW is a 200 VA rated compact servo controller made by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It precisely regulates various AC main spindle motors having an output shaft of 1000 – 9300 Watts. Notably, this unit features an intelligent heat loss design, with a built-in blower and heatsink, ensuring it remains effectively cool during operation. The DKR02.1-W200N-BE56-01-FW contains five slots for plug-in cards, which include a software module and auxiliary cards. Its operating system is installed as EPROMs on the dedicated DSM software module with firmware that can be loaded onto an auxiliary plug-in module. The unit uses a SERCOS type command interface card and relies on resolver and digital servo feedback for optimal operation. The built-in cooling system utilises an airflow rate of 300 m3 per hour, with peak pressure at 0.16 kNm, and caters to different cooling methods depending on load intensity. However, it does not come with a bleeder.
