The DKR02.1-W300B-BE11-02-FW drive controller, a product by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, uses an isolating transformer for connection to an ungrounded three-phase system. It comes with a serial interface at its X2 connector for PC communication and two analog diagnostic outputs with a +/-10V output voltage range and a 4mA current load. Designed with a starting lockout function triggered by a 20VDC to 30VDC voltage application to its AS+ and AS- terminals, it also includes a bleeder resistor with a brake energy of 720kW. Installation requires the controller to be fitted to a cabinet back wall with threaded holes, using suitable fixing bolts. The units' plug-in connectors must be connected or disconnected only when dry and voltage free. The H1 status display and SERCOS interface help highlight drive-related issues, with a separate rating plate to identify its software module, housing EPROM format firmware.
