The DKR02.1-W300B-BE32-01-FW is a Bosch Rexroth Indramat compact drive controller. It expertly controls ADF/2AD Alternating Current main spindle motors, 1MB frameless motors and LAF/LSF linear motors with a continuous output shaft power between 10-93 kW, and a current rating of 300 Amps. This drive controller is equipped with five module slots for various plug-in cards, such as auxiliary cards and command interface cards, and uses a loaded OS on a DSM software module as EPROMs. It ensures efficient communication through a SERCOS command interface and employs a resolver/digital servo feedback mechanism for maximum operations. Airflow within the control cabinet has a volume flow rate of 300m³/hour and a maximum pressure of 0.16 kN/m². The unit's cooling is facilitated by an integral blower and heatsink, with internal cooling or duct and external cooling options based on operational needs. It is also equipped with an integrated bleeder. The function numeric code is 56, while the version function numeric code is 01.
