The DKR02.1-W300N-BE45-01-FW drive controller, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an extremely efficient device dedicated to the accurate control of servo motors in industrial servo systems. Capable of controlling three different types of industrial motor (A.C main spindle motors 2AD or ADF, frameless spindle motors 1MB, and the LSF or LAF linear motors), this device boasts a serial-real-time-communication interface. The physical dimensions are 1000 mm in length by 400 mm in width, but can extend an extra 170 mm with the inclusion of the cooling duct. The device uses power and motor feedback cables which should maintain a minimum distance of 100mm apart to avoid interference. The device operates with a rated current of 300 Amperes and a rated control voltage of 230 volts. A specialty product, it requires special training for potential operators to make full use of its capacity.
