The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's DKR02.1-W300N-BE56-01-FW is a robust drive controller designed to digitally control various Rexroth Indramat motors such as LSF / LAF linear motors, 1MB frameless spindle motors, and 2AD / ADF AC main spindle motors. This controller requires a three-phase AC power inlet raging between 400 to 480 Volts AC and a single-phase AC control voltage of 230 Volts AC. It has a capacity to withstand a variation in the AC supply by ±10%. The rated and peak current stand at 300 Amps and 212 Amps respectively. Additional features include a built-in blower for cooling, digital servo and resolver feedback, and SERCOS command communication. Available as a fully configured unit, its modular design allows customized configuration as per customer needs. However, firmware or operating software must be separately installed. Weighing approximately 104 kgs with dimensions of 1000 x 440 x 290 mm, it is recommended to mount the controller vertically.
