The DKR03.1-W100N-BE31-01-FW, an advanced servo drive controller, is produced by Rexroth Indramat under ideal industrial conditions. Specially designed for broad-speed range industrial servo motors, it can be utilized with different motor types including AC spindle Motors 2AD or ADF, linear Motors LSF or LAF, and frameless spindle Motors. It can be specifically customized for a variety of industry applications with the use of customizable module cards. Thanks to these features, the device is suitable for numerically controlled machine and printing tools. The DKR03.1-W100N-BE31-01-FW features a three-phase voltage input, integrated mains contactor, and emergency stop shutdown device. Rated at 100Amperes, it is equipped with an air blower and heatsink for effective heat dissipation. It uses a digital servo and resolver feedback, with a SERCOS interface for command communication. The controller operates on a rated power voltage of 3xAC 400 to 480volts and a power input frequency of 50 to 60 Hartz. With a peak current of 71Amperes, it can deliver up to 26 Kilowatts and maintain a peak regenerated power of around 26Kilowatts for 10 seconds during a power interruption.
