The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's DKR03.1-W100N-BE93-01-FW model is a quality drive controller broadly applied in industrial automation. This model operates between +5 to +45°C ambient temperature, and can function at +55°C temperature with 80% nominal data derating. Usage above 1000 meters sea level reduces its efficiency. It utilizes a 3-phase AC 400-480V power source and a control voltage of AC 230V at ±10% tolerance, with a system frequency of 50~60 Hz. The 4 kHz drive provides a continuous power of 26 kW at 71 A current, while the 8 kHz drive offers 22 kW at 60 A. The drive has a power voltage range of 0-380V, with a max frequency of 800 Hz and 1600 Hz for the 4 kHz and 8 kHz systems, respectively. The DKR03.1-W100N-BE93-01-FW model accomodates 5 plug-in cards for various interfaces, and a separate software module to be fitted at the U5 slot. It dispenses a continuous power of 22 kW, with total heat dissipation of 900 W. Weighing 49 kg, excluding accessories, it possesses an IP20 protection rating and includes a built-in cooling system blower, SERCOS communication interface, and a digital servo and resolver feedback for the motor. The firmware is sold separately.
