The DKR03.1-W200N-BA06-01-FW is a digitally integrated spindle drive control, made by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It's ideally suited for NC-controller machine tools and printing machines, optimized for either ADF or 2AD spindle motors and 1MB frameless linear motors. The drive offers extensive speed range and precision control, with a continuous power output ranging from 10 to 93KWs. It connects directly to a grounded AC source, operating at a frequency of 50-60HZ, with control voltage of 200VA. Notably, the drive has an integrated main contactor with an emergency shutdown feature but optional holding brakes. To optimize its operation, it includes a in-built blower for drive cooling, with air being circulated via an air duct system. Though designed for high efficiency, potential water condensation from cooling necessitates a drip plan. This drive can be configured via command card, auxiliary plug-in, or a software module.
