The DKR03.1-W200N-BE09-01-FW, a DKR drive controller, is designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Employing digital servo and resolver feedback, this controller interfaces proficiently with motors from the manufacturer’s ADS, 1MB, and ADM series. The programming of the device resides in its firmware, integrated with a master switch for long-term non-use, an emergency stop system and mains contactor. It is fitted with slots (U1 to U5) for additional plug-in cards. It may also be paired with a brake resistor when necessary. This controller operates ideally amid 5°C and 45°C, and dissipates up to 1,200W of heat efficiently. Ensure an 80mm clearance above and below the controller to avoid issues. Misuse or overloading may cause damage. Remember, components may become hot upon operation, and it should never be handled in a pressurized state.
