The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DKR03.1-W200Z-BE11-02-FW is a digital intelligent drive controller, designed to function with main spindle motors, LSF or LAF linear motors, and frameless spindle motors. This device has a type 1 design, a SERCOS communication interface, and 300 amps of rated current. It also features an integrated brake resistor, built to absorb energy created by braking operations, ensuring a controlled motor stop. The module uses a built-in blower for heat dissipation and operates on a rated power voltage of 3 x 400-480 Volts AC. For programming and commissioning, the controller communicates with a PC through RS-232 and RS-485 serial interfaces, at a 9600/19200 baud rate. It has a total heat dissipation of 1200 Watts and possesses digital servo and resolver feedback for motor input. This DKR03.1-W200Z-BE11-02-FW drive controller carries an IP20 protection rating and weighs 49 kilograms.
