The DKR04.1-W400E-BE37-01-FW drive controller by Bosch Rexroth Indramat requires parameterization at startup to ensure application-specific motor functions. It should be connected exclusively with cables provided by the manufacturer to prevent any injuries due to improper handling. Installation and startup must conform to EMC requirements, national regulations, and safety specifications of the machine. The device connects to a supply network and uses a resolver and digital servo feedback for the motor. Its firmware is separately ordered, and it must be stored and transported between -30°C and 80°C. Exceptional features include a SERCOS interface for command communication and the potential for connections with higher-ranking control units via fiber optic cables. A minimum clearance of 160mm is required above and below its control cabinet to prevent possible damage.
