The MDD071C-N-040-N2S-095GB0 is a robust digital AC servomotor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This high-performance component can withstand harsh environments and is designed for shock-damped mounting. The device is finished with a durable, acid and lye resistant black housing coat with an additional 40µm layer of paint permitted. The servomotor accommodates attachments such as belt pulleys and pinions onto the shaft with the help of clamping sets or pressure sleeves. It operates at a nominal speed of 4000min-1 without a blocking brake and is ideal for dynamic applications like nibbling machines and roller feeds. While the motor showcases efficient heat conduction, it also withstands thermal deformation with up to a 0.6mm shift. The motor facilitates continuous start-stop operation with a high repetition rate and is electronically commutated. It outputs a theoretical maximum torque of 20.5Nm with a maximum current rating of 22.6A. A one-year support program is also provided.
