The MDD093B-N-030-N2L-110PB1 is a state-of-the-art synchronous servo motor, engineered by Bosch Rexroth. Its capability to provide superior contouring accuracies at elevated feed rates makes it a powerful asset in machine tools and robotics applications. This motor features a digital servo feedback system and an optical measurement approach which ensures exceptional precision in relative indirect position detection. It has a system accuracy of ±0.5 angular minutes and a built-in data memory for motor parameters, facilitating swift startup and secure adaptation to the drive controller. The brushless design and lifetime-lubricated bearings lead to a maintenance-free operation. With a nominal speed of 3,000 RPM, a torque capacity of 45.1Nm, and high cyclic load capacity, it supports continuous start-stop operations. Its IP-65 rated, sealed housing protects against environmental hazards. The shaft is designed with a keyway per DIN 6885-1, and a sealing ring to prevent fluid intrusion.
