The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's MDD112B-L-030-N2M-130PB2 digital AC motor is designed for use in grinding machines. The motor synergistically interacts with a digital drive controller to deliver a fast-response automation system. It operates by excitation from permanent magnets and features a 40Nm holding torque blocking brake. Its brushless design includes a rotor-attached shaft and an output keyway shaft allowing for form-fitting shaft-hub connections. The motor, 437mm in length, is designed to be installed at heights between 0m and 1000m above sea level. It adheres to DIN 40 050 construction protocols with its covers and housing, designed to prevent chalky buildups. It requires separate procurement of feedback and power connectors. Its radial shaft load varies with its average speed and force application point. The motor has a significant 17.5Nm continuous torque in static mode, with natural convection cooling. It comes with a power cable and additional cables for the blocking brake and inbuilt temperature sensor. It's transported in customized military-grade packaging.
