The RD52.2-4B-007-L-A1-FW drive controller, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, facilitates the control over speed, acceleration, and torque of industrial servo motors with its advanced closed-loop system that can independently detect and correct any deviation from the preset operational parameters. Constructed with high metal content and rugged materials, it's apt for harsh industrial environments and can be easily recycled post utilization. Its temperature management features include a built-in heatsink and air blower for efficient ventilation. This controller's compatibility with several Master communication systems like SERCOS, CAN bus, Profibus DP, and Interbus S communication interface allows digital information exchange flexibility. With an overload capability of 200% and a leakage current generation up to 3.5 milliamperes, it ensures safety measures are in place. Efficient grounding is advised during operation. Also included is a brake chopper with a continuous power of approximately 3.8 Amperes and a minimum resistance value of 35 ohms.
