Okuma's BL-80E-20 is a quality CNC control product, primarily a servo motor, housed within a secure, IP65-rated enclosure that's resistant to dust and liquids, thus suitable for harsh environments. It draws power from a 154VAC source provided by a compatible servo drive module. Operating at a rated speed of 2000 rpm, it yields an output power of 1.5 kW at its tapered shaft with a rated torque of 73 kg-cm, increasing to 80 kg-cm at a standstill, and runs on a continuous current of 7.5 A. Designed to work with either a 1-axis or 2-axis servo drive module, this motor, part of Okuma's QR series, boasts type-E control and is primarily utilized in CNC machines. Ideal operating conditions range from 0 to +40 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of up to 95%. For accurate position detection, it is equipped with Okuma's OSP encoder and can be managed via a 50A servo drive unit.
