The BL-MC140E-20SB, produced by global engineering leader Okuma, is a top-tier AC servo motor, designed to function as part of the BLII-D servo amplifier. This combination is ideal for applications requiring exact positioning. The unit's mainboard receives position commands, which are transferred to individual axes through the SVP board. This board also handles control of the motor’s position, speed, and torque. The servo amplifier intensifies current command signals and sends power to the BL motor. A built-in position encoder submits position and speed data to the SVP board as feedback. The motor and its associated servo can withstand a maximum vibration of 0.5G and operate within a relative humidity of 75% and temperatures ranging from 0°C to 55°C. This system functions correctly with a three-phase, 200 V power supply for the main circuit, and a single-phase, 100V supply for the control circuit.
