The Okuma manufactured BL-MC140E-30T is a reliable servo motor integrated within Okuma's BLII-D servo amplifier for enhanced speed, torque, and position control. The servo amplifier functions optimally in environments with temperatures from 0°C to 55°C and up to 75% relative humidity. Withstanding vibrational forces of up to 0.5 G, the amplifier's power requirement corresponds to the power rating of the embedded BL-MC140E-30T motor. The system accepts both three-phase and single-phase supply, with the main circuit powered by a 200 V three-phase supply and the control circuit by a 100 V single-phase supply. The motor system, inclusive of the BLII-D servo amplifier, main and SVP boards, utilizes an attached position encoder to relay data to the SVP board for precise position, torque, and speed control. The SVP board then amplifies current command signals before supplying power to the motor. The amplifier also houses an IGBT, rectifying diode, among other components, which are encased under a protective cover.
