Bosch Rexroth Indramat's HDS03.2-W075N-HS32-01-FW is a versatile and reliable drive controller, designed as part of a modular system for flexible integration into a variety of automation setups. Input is facilitated via a flat ribbon cable that's incorporated into the device, the maximum length of which is one meter. Connection cross sections of 2mm2, 5-10mm2 for single wire and 4-16mm2 multi-core wire are used, in addition to a 3 Nm DC Bus and a 2 Nm motor connection. The use of Rexroth motor cables, comprising of three phases and one grounded conductor, is recommended for connecting the controller to a motor. Additionally, the controller is designed for power connections via copper strands and PE bridges when arranged horizontally within control cabinets. The controller adjusts magnetization current and slip to account for varying motor voltage and fluctuations in idle voltage, torque, and velocity.
