Bosch Rexroth Indramat's KDS 1.1-050-300-W1 is a servo drive module from the ANAX drives line. Built for controlling the torque, speed, and position of MAC servo motors, the KDS module sets itself apart with its efficiency. Powered by a 300Vdc supply, it offers a continuous current of 35 amperes and a max of 50 amperes. The module produces a continuous power of 15 kW and only experiences a 1% power loss externally, with no internal damage. It comes with a safety-enhancing forced cooling unit. The module weighs 14.1 kg, whereas the LE4 fan unit is 4.2 kg. It also utilizes green and red LEDs for diagnosing different functions, which operate as long as the 24V LED displays green. The servo amplifier needs to be mounted within a closed unit with an ambient temperature of 5 - 45 degrees Celsius.
