This is a Bosch Rexroth PPC-R22.1 CNC module designed for industrial use. This double-wide module requires two slots in the module rack for installation and comes with a separate slot for fitting a serial COM interface set at 9,600 Baud, 1 stop bit, 8 data bits, no parity, and XON/XOFF protocol. It can be operated with MTC200 control unit firmware and additional hardware. Battery substitution must be completed with the power supply switched on to avoid data loss in the SRAM. The module has a SERCOS interface with H2 distortion display and non-functioning X10 serial interface electrically isolated. It can operate up to 15 I/O modules and work with the MTS-R01.2 PLC assembly via the manufacturer's local bus. For safety and efficiency, it should only be used within stable temperature environments by qualified personnel, and not for manufacturer-unspecified applications or near high-frequency radio and remote control equipment.
