The PPC-R22.1N-T-NN-P2-NN-FW CNC module, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is made for applications compliant with national EMC regulations. Equipped with a grounding bolt, a 4MB flash memory firmware module, and the capability to utilize both plastic and glass fiber optic cables, this device is designed for durability and efficiency. The device's plastic cables can transfer up to 40m, while the glass cables can reach 500m. A built-in diagnosis system provides real-time error analysis, presented on the four-character alphanumeric H1 diagnosis display. The device's operational state is indicated with a two-digit code. For storage and transportation, the module must be kept within -25°C and 70°C to prevent condensation. It has a relative humidity range of 5%-95% and atmospheric pressure of 70kPa-106kPa. Safeguards include an electrically isolated PROG interface and a PROFIBUS-DP slave module. The SERCOS interface can control up to 32 drives.
