Bosch Rexroth Indramat's TVM 2.2-050-220/300-W1/115/220V is a premier power supply module that provides DC bus voltage for drive controllers. Equipped with a power rectifier, the unit is able to convert AC line voltage to DC bus voltage, specifically catering to drive controllers which can operate generators. With a power rating of 50 A, the module uses a 220V connection ranging between 50Hz to 60Hz. An integrated bleeder resistor absorbs regenerated energy from the system. Moreover, it supports servo drives with a mechanical continuous power output of 4.1 kW and incorporates dynamic braking. In case of any faults, motors with permanent magnetic fields can be braked, and the dynamic braking system activated through the ready-state contact. The module's peak and continuous regenerated power rating can be increased with an auxiliary bleeder. Connection to TCM 1 auxiliary capacitance modules is also possible, and the line connection voltage can be adapted via an autotransformer.
