The VT1610-S-31 Electronic Amplifier Card is a highly functional product from the VT 1600 series, engineered by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It is compatible with 4WS2EE and 4WRD series valves, and A4V..HS pumps. Designed as a lightweight Euro card, it measures 100mm in width and 160mm in length, following the DIN 41 494 format. This allows for easy installation in Euro magazines and card holders. The card has a built-in voltage stabilizer ensuring efficient performance, operating with a supply voltage range of ±22V to ±28V, and a power supply current under 200mA. Features include an ammeter for current monitoring, an integrated PID control circuit for precise positioning, and an oscillator and demodulator circuit for continuous spool feedback. The PID controls can be adjusted via three internal potentiometers. Utilization should be within an ambient temperature range of 0°C and 50°C for optimal performance.
