The Kollmorgen Servostar CR20560 is a versatile AC drive controller with a continuous output current rating of 20 Amps. Specifically designed to drive a wide array of motors developed by Danaher Motion, the drive delivers multiple features like digital velocity loop control, automatic control loop tuning, pole placement and advanced control algorithms. It employs resolver feedback, either single or multi-speed, to monitor the motor shaft position, requiring a 0.47 transformation ratio and 4.25 Volts AC input. The cables for feedback connection must be shielded and separated from the power cables by 8 inches. It uses a 24-volt external power for logic circuits and requires vertical mounting with M4 screws. The control logic, motor line, and main input line wiring use 16 AWG, 14 AWG and 14 AWG respectively. Grounding the CR20560 drive system is mandatory for safe operation.
