The Bosch Rexroth Indramat R911337112 (CML40.2) is a versatile industrial controller from the IndraControl L40 series. It serves as a comprehensive platform for both motion logic and PLC applications. The controller comes equipped with several standard features including an eight-digit LCD display, RS-232 interface, Ethernet interface, a compact flash card slot, and 8 each of digital inputs and outputs. Additional communication interfaces such as ProfiBus DP and SERCOS can be incorporated. Its accessories range includes a blower, SRAM, DeviceNet master, and various terminal connectors. Engineered on the AMD Geode LX800 processor, it consists of at least 64 MB DRAM and 128 kB NvRAM. It is worth noting, however, that firmware needs to be procured separately. The connector interfaces are provided by a 9-pin D-sub male connector on the RS-232 and a 9-pin D-sub female connector on the Profibus DP slave interface, whereas the Ethernet interface reveals an 8-pin RJ-45 female connector. The SERCOS' Tx and Rx ports contain female optical fiber connectors. This controller, with dimensions of 120 x 175.4 x 75.9 mm, operates on an external power supply of nominal 24 Volts DC. An optional blower is advised for safe operation in environments exceeding 45°C. Proper maintenance will demand only Bosch Rexroth approved parts and services rendered by qualified professionals.
