The Bosch Rexroth Indramat CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN2-MD2-L2-S-NN-FW is an advanced modular control unit designed for single-axis positioning applications. Featuring four slots, the control unit has one fixed space specifically for a safety module that supports safe torque off. The remaining slots are geared for functional modules, with slot 3 housing a digital I/O extension module with SSI encoder interface for absolute position detection. Slots 1 and 2 contain encoder modules, the IndraDyn and the EnDat 2.1 respectively. This control unit, which can be easily configured through a standard panel, also supports Profibus master communication. The unit's firmware is ordered separately and its version can be identified through a type plate on the controller. Bosch recommends the use of 0.25 to 0.5 mm2 stranded copper wire with its safety module, which comes with a D-sub female 9-pin interface.
