The cutting-edge CSH02.1B-ET-EC-EC-SB-EC-NN-FW control section, designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a dedicated component of the Bosch IndraDrive controllers. This separate unit can be mounted onto a power section that provides DC power for the control section and for any additional modules installed. The drive controllers are typically delivered by Bosch as a fully assembled device, inclusive of the control section. However, control and power sections can be ordered in isolation. Firmware package for the control section requires separate purchasing. Installation and disassembly should be conducted solely by Bosch Rexroth trained technical personnel, and should not exceed 20 times to avoid device damage. The control section houses four different modules, three multi-encoder interface modules, and a safety module with safe motion bus support. This single-axis control optimized device, demands a standard, non-hot plug compatible control panel for optimal operation. The control section's primary unit consumes 17 Watts of power with a peak inrush current of 5 Amps. The multi-encoder modules and safety module require 1.1 Watts and 2.5 Watts respectively. For reliable and safe function, the surrounding ventilation must be sufficient to maintain the ambient temperature within predefined limits.
