It is built with a standard encoder evaluation interface, compatible with encoders requiring 12V supply voltage including the IndraDyn S MSK motors' encoder system, sin-cos encoders with Hiperface, EnDat 2.1 interface, and the reference track. This model utilises a PROFIBUS master communication module to interact with other devices. Its encoder emulation interface can create both absolute value and incremental encoder signals, isolated from the circuit board, eliminating the need for an external power supply. This model carries the Safe Motion safety technology option enabling various safety functions such as secure maximum speed, safe direction, and locked door safety. The interface is operated using user-friendly Rexroth IndraWorks software for PC, meeting the category C3 product standards defined by IEC 61800‑3.
