The Beckhoff CX5140-0143 is a compact, in-cabinet industrial PC designed for automation tasks in various industries. It features a space-saving design for ease of integration with a variety of Input/Output modules and is characterized by its ability to carry out complicated control tasks. With an Intel Atom quad-core processor, it can swiftly process data and multitask due to its hyper-threading technology. Despite its high-speed processing capabilities, it features a fanless design due to low heat dissipation. This, along with a reduced number of mechanical parts, ensures that wear and tear is minimal, extending the lifespan of the PC's components. Furthermore, the CX5140-0143 is energy efficient, boasting low power consumption and an in-built 4GB memory that's expandable. Operating on a 24 V DC supply, it has a maximum power consumption of 23 W with UPS installation. It uses Beckhoff's TwinCAT control software and can operate within a temperature range of -25 to 60 degrees Celsius. The system is compatible with various versions of Microsoft Windows, and its IP 20 ingress protection prevents object penetration into the enclosure.
